Construction
The construction of every home built by Batsford Construction is done with the best materials available.  The basements are of cement blocks with the proper internal reinforcements to make them as strong as is required and cost effective.  The basements of our homes are sure to be dry because of the superior drainage systems installed around and underneath the home.

Framing of the home is done on the job with no prefabrication or modular components.  This gives our homeowners the opportunity to see their home develop and often adjust small layout changes without compromising the strength and integrity of the home.

With Ron as the lead carpenter on all of our projects, you can insure that every part of the home is framed as it should be and that there are no short cuts taken.

Ron is an accomplished electrician and plumber, as well as owns his own excavation equipment. Doing a majority of the work ourselves often means our projects run smoother since we do not need to wait for a subcontractor to arrive.
